How to Wake Up Before 6 AM Every Day Consistently
“Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” — Benjamin Franklin
Are you struggling to wake up early in the morning?
For the majority of my life, I was not a “morning person.” Even when I was in college, I struggled to wake up on time.
I was used to waking up late, skip breakfast, rush to college, miss the first two (sometimes three) lectures, and then not feeling good for the rest of the day.
This type of routine hampers our productivity and take a toll on our physical and mental health.
Now, as a freelancer, I don’t have any time constraints; still, I wake up before 6 AM every day, and I get more done by 11AM than I usually get in an entire day. I am also less stressed, and I don’t skip my morning routine at any cost.
As Lemony Snicket has said — “Morning is an important time of day, because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have.”
Why you should wake up before 6 AM?
